You can work out anywhere. I bring the gym to YOU - if you want to train in the park, by the beach, in the gym, your living room or a private studio, I'll make it happen. 

           1:1/Couples Personal Training
 
Your first session includes goal setting and establishing your fitness level. 
 
Beginning with a dynamic warm up/mobility training, muscular strength and endurance, cardio, core strength, stretching and flexibility. I work with you to reach your goals, planning your routine to help you better achieve maximum results. 
           Form and Technique
 
I'm a stickler for the proper form and technique of an exercise- if it is performed incorrectly, you jeopardize your progress with an injury and end up 3 steps back instead of 3 steps ahead. I ensure that during your session, all movements are performed correctly, with the proper tempo and technique. 
            TRX, Resistance and Kettlebell training:
    
The combinations of circuit routines that will target the large and important muscle groups are limitless. Through targeting those muscle groups, like the legs and glutes for example, you not only will you build more muscle and in turn burn more fat, but the workout is more efficient and functional. There is no use isolating the bicep by doing constant bicep curls if your overall goal is fat loss. I use various exercise equipment- resistance bands, kettlebells, sandbags, battle ropes, medicine/fit balls and TRX- and workout styles to keep the training fun but also effective.  You will never do the same workout twice.
